Validity of Issued Certificates in the Republic of Srpska and Abroad
The certificates issued by the Institute for Protection and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska are valid in all countries that are signatories to the Apostille Agreement (Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents). This agreement allows documents such as certificates of professional qualification to be recognized in member countries without the need for additional legalization.
The certificates our trainees receive upon completing the training are recognized not only in the Republic of Srpska and regional countries (Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, North Macedonia, Slovenia) but also in other countries that are signatories to the Apostille Agreement. This means that employees who complete our training can work freely in other countries, as their qualifications hold international value.
Apostille Stamp
For participants who need to use their certificates abroad, the Basic Court in Banja Luka issues an Apostille stamp on the obtained certificates and documents. The Apostille stamp is an internationally recognized certification that confirms the authenticity of the document and allows its use abroad without additional legalization procedures. This stamp is essential for the recognition of documents in other countries and significantly facilitates worker mobility within international frameworks.
Procedure for Obtaining an Apostille Stamp
The Institute collaborates with the Basic Court in Banja Luka to facilitate the process of obtaining the Apostille stamp for participants. After completing the training and receiving the certificate, participants can immediately request the issuance of the Apostille stamp.
This process is quick and straightforward, and the Institute provides all necessary administrative support for obtaining the Apostille stamp. The Institute for Protection and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska offers professional training programs that not only meet legal requirements in the Republic of Srpska but also enable employees to use their certificates in other countries. The certificates we issue are valid under the Apostille Agreement, meaning that employees can work in numerous countries worldwide without the need for additional legalization. For those planning to work or further their careers abroad, the Apostille stamp is an important step in the recognition of their professional qualifications.
