Land reclamation
The land reclamation project includes: the process of removing and preserving the humus layer, distance from neighboring parcels, the depth to which mineral raw materials may be extracted, biological reclamation procedures for agricultural land, timelines for the execution of each phase of biological reclamation, the dynamics of returning the land to agricultural production or other purposes, hydraulic works to restore the original water regime in the soil, procedures and deadlines for testing hazardous and harmful substances in reclaimed land, and a financial plan for the implementation of the reclamation project.
