TECHNICAL MEETING HELD WITHIN THE RES2FIRE PROJECT

A technical meeting within the project RES2FIRE – Models and Tools for Enhancing the Resistance and the Resilience to Wildfire in Natural Protected Areas and Wildland-Urban Interfaces was held on May 6, 2025, in Banja Luka, in a hybrid format. The meeting was jointly organized by the Public Scientific Research Institution Institute for Protection and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska (Banja Luka) and the Public Institution Kozara National Park (Prijedor).

The meeting focused on the finalization of the report for the second implementation period of the project, which is being implemented under the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme. Representatives of all partner organizations actively participated in the meeting, providing concrete suggestions and proposals to ensure the timely and high-quality preparation of the report.

Key aspects of the implementation of project activities to date were discussed, along with partner responsibilities and the next steps in line with the project plan. Special attention was given to the preparation of documentation required for regular reporting to the relevant programme structures.
