Опис пројекта:
Project Goal: Enhance fire safety and preparedness in the Jezero Municipality and surrounding areas, through the implementation of comprehensive fire prevention measures, educating stakeholders and promoting awareness about fire hazards and climate change.
Target Groups and Beneficiaries:
- Staff of the Municipality of Jezero and public institutions (at least 45 individuals).
- Fire safety officers and inspectors (at least 30 individuals).
- Children from rural areas focusing on education about fire safety, biodiversity, and climate change (at least 60 students).
- Visitors to the Municipality of Jezero (at least 2,000 annually).
Expected Outcomes:
- Improved Fire Safety and Preparedness – Training sessions for municipal staff and public service employees.
- Increased Environmental Awareness Among Children – Education on fire safety and climate change impacts.
- Standardized Fire Safety Documentation – Development of fire safety analyses, rules, and evacuation plans.
- Increased Awareness Among Visitors – Installation of informational signs and promotional materials with QR codes.
- Integration of Climate Change Education – Highlighting the link between biodiversity, climate change, and fire risks in educational programs.
Methodology:
- Training and Workshops: Interactive sessions for staff, children, and inspectors.
- Documentation Development: Fire safety analyses and standards tailored to local needs.
- Informational Signage: Installation of signs with QR codes in tourist areas and high-risk zones.
- Promotional Campaigns: Flyers, social media, and online materials to raise awareness.
Innovative Approaches:
- Use of modern technology (QR codes).
- Interactive programs engaging local communities and visitors.
- Education of children on fire-resistant plant species and their role in nature protection.
Sustainability of the Project:
The project ensures sustainability through capacity building, regular updates of fire safety documentation, maintenance of informational signage, and continuous education of the local population.
This initiative aims to provide long-term environmental protection, improve safety for the local population, and develop sustainable tourism and ecological practices in the Jezero Municipality.
